As a Sales Coach, you will play a critical role in empowering clients to sell premium programs worth ₹30K–₹1L+, using proven methodologies and techniques. Client Transformation: Train, mentor, and track client progress, directly impacting their revenue growth and confidence. Becoming a Leader: Become a coach behind dozens of coaches – the reason they say: “I became a closer because of my Sales Coach.” Your Day-to-Day Superpowers Conduct 1:1 and group coaching calls to identify areas for improvement and provide personalized guidance. Teach probing, pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques to enhance client conversion rates. Role-play real sales scenarios to boost conversion rates and refine scripts to match each client's niche and audience. Review call recordings and provide actionable feedback within 48 hours to ensure continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building sales systems and frameworks, tracking and improving performance, and monitoring client key performance indicators (KPIs).
