The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in manual and automation testing for Salesforce, strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and good understanding of Query Studio, SQL, and test data creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Demonstrate expertise in test strategy, planning, case design, and execution. Experience working with JIRA and Xray is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
