Full job descriptionYou are currently working as a Director/VP of Sales or Operations for a high margin service business that can be easily replicated with a proven US client Sales strategy and a service delivery team in India. You are looking to work 100% remote, and have the opportunity to become a partner and have some equity in the business, doing the same work but in a newly created business. You are an expert at the execution of the sales or operations of your current business.You will be primarily responsible for the Sales or Operations of a new USA service business, reporting to the Owner. An excellent communicator, a true leader, a strong team motivator with exceptional experience in your industry, focused on US/Global clients.** This is for any niche services that can achieve excellent margins (where you know the Sales/Operations side), can scale quickly, where YOU have an excellent track record of selling this to the US or Global Market with current/previous company. Also where you may have an existing client base you can leverage and know the proven digital marketing strategies to obtain clients - such as SEO/AI etc. A successful US entrepreneur is looking to start a company focused on selling these services to the US or Global market.Example businesses, but not limited to:Legal Outsourcing, Engineering Services, Healthcare BPO, Back-Office Operations, Accounting Outsourcing, IT Support and Maintenance, Software Development, AI etc. An office in India will be established to support this effort once it has been proven successful. We can create/use any type of system required to manage the services and customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Should be holding/capable of getting direct clients and opportunities in the US. Should be owning the sales/growth process and held responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets. Has experience identifying higher margin opportunities and helping the business pivot accordingly. Should be able to independently plan, execute, and build teams that could deliver and partner with businesses with a proven track record. Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated. Responsible for building, mentoring, and motivating to create a professional, healthy, and accountable workforce. Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly. Well-versed in defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ownership and delivery. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is a definite added value. Very good in analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills.Experience:10+ Full-time salary + Equity.
