Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven CRM Manager to own our sales and customer success technology stack.If you live and breathe HubSpot (or similar CRMs), love creating order out of chaos, and get excited about helping sales and success teams work smarter — this role is for you.What You’ll Do Own the CRM: Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build processes: Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter. Keep it clean: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system. Enable the team: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions. Drive insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention. Support growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred). Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details. Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
