Our success comes from a dedicated team driven by accountability, excellence, integrity, and unmatched insight in their fields.Key Responsibilities:·Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers. ·Research and identify potential customers in the target markets (US/Europe/India). ·Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using CRM tools. ·Qualify leads based on target criteria and hand them off to senior sales/account executives. ·Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and follow up on inbound leads. ·Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets. ·Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.Key Skills & Requirements:·1–3 years of experience in international inside sales or lead generation (preferably in B2B/IT/ITES sectors). ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ·Comfortable working across different time zones (US/Europe/India). ·Proven experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. ·Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc. ·Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented mindset. ·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
