As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients with buying, selling, or leasing properties, provide expert advice, and manage property-related transactions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, showcasing properties, and negotiating terms to achieve successful outcomes. You will also ensure exceptional customer service and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.QualificationsStrong skills in Consulting and Sales to effectively identify and meet clients' property requirementsExcellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build trust, address client queries, and sustain long-term relationshipsFamiliarity with or experience in the Real Estate industry, including market analysis and industry practicesProficiency in negotiation, organization, and time managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is advantageous
