Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Floor Manager located in Hyderabad. The Retail Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on the retail floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient store operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The role also involves training new employees and maintaining high standards of customer service and communication with both staff and customers.
