Search Engine Optimization Specialist

You will work directly with the founder, have freedom to test ideas, and take end-to-end responsibility for SEO growth across multiple client projects.Responsibilities- Lead all SEO activities across multiple client websites - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent-based planning - Implement on-page SEO: metadata, content structure, internal linking, schema - Perform technical SEO audits using industry tools and prepare implementation plans - Plan and manage off-page SEO: backlinks, anchor text mapping, outreach coordination - Track performance using Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush - Collaborate with writers and designers to maintain SEO accuracy and guidelines - Prepare monthly SEO reports, growth strategies, and action plans - Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordinglyWho We’re Looking For- 3–4 years of proven SEO experience (agency background preferred) - Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO - Ability to independently manage projects and take full ownership - Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills - Clear communication and attention to detail - Experience working with multi-industry clients is a plusQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic - Hands-on experience with: - Ahrefs / Semrush / Moz - Screaming Frog / Sitebulb - Google Search Console & GA4 - Keyword clustering and topic mapping tools - Understanding of: - Search intent and content planning - Website architecture and crawlability - Structured data and schema - Link-building quality metrics - Ability to create SEO strategies and execute them with minimal supervisionWhat We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience - Fast-paced startup environment with leadership opportunities - Direct collaboration with the founder - Ownership of SEO strategy across multiple brands - Exposure to diverse industries and marketing challenges
