From the first visit to the final demo booking — you’ll own it.You’ll build, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns and email sequences that move leads through the funnel. You’ll work across LinkedIn, Google, Email, Landing Pages, and partner closely with content, design, and sales to drive measurable revenue outcomes.What You’ll Own• Full funnel ownership — from awareness to conversion (form fills, meetings booked)• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email, and Webinars• Build automated nurture sequences and email flows that convert• Write persuasive ad, email, and landing page copy that drives action• Optimize landing pages and CTAs for better conversion• Track and improve performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot• Work with sales to ensure smooth hand-offs and pipeline velocity• Constantly test new ideas, measure results, and double down on what worksWhat You Bring• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing• Proven success running LinkedIn & Google Ads with measurable results• Strong experience building email journeys, sequences, and nurture campaigns• Familiarity with SaaS and AI-powered email or marketing automation tools• Proficiency with Google Analytics and HubSpot (or similar) for tracking and reporting• Copywriting skills that balance clarity with conversion• Strategic mindset + hands-on execution + data-backed decision makingThe team you´ll work with:You’ll be the 5th member of our growing marketing team — a passionate, collaborative bunch that thrives on creativity, ownership, and getting things done.
