Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana Department: Production / Manufacturing Job Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role involves managing production teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. - Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. - Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. - Maintain quality standards as per company and industry requirements. - Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams. - Implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency. - Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance. - Handle production-related issues and troubleshoot problems effectively. - Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation. - Lead, train, and develop the production team to improve performance.
