We’re hiring: Senior Legal Professional | Real Estate / REITWe are looking for a seasoned Legal professional to lead and manage end-to-end legal matters for a large real estate / REIT platform. This role partners closely with leadership to provide strategic legal guidance, manage risk, and support business growth across assets and transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all legal mandates in close coordination with the General CounselDraft, negotiate, and finalize lease deeds, leave & license agreements, and commercial contractsLead legal due diligence, documentation, and closures for acquisitions and divestmentsSupport equity fundraising activities, including transaction documentation and negotiationsManage high-value litigation and coordinate with external counselHandle regulatory and legal notices, ensuring timely responses and complianceProvide strategic legal advisory support to internal stakeholdersReview investor communications, disclosures, and periodic compliance reportsTrack legal deliverables and provide regular updates to senior managementCandidate ProfileLaw graduate with 15+ years of experience (real estate / REIT exposure preferred)Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, labour, and contract lawProven experience in litigation management, negotiations, and regulatory complianceAbility to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
