Legal Executive

Post: Legal Executive (Real Estate) Week Days & Hours: 6 Days a week & 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad Roles & Responsibilities: ● Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents, including Letter of Intent (LOI), lease deeds, leave & license agreements, vendor contracts etc with the respective stakeholders. ● Coordinate with the leasing department to ensure all retailer documentation is complete and accurate before agreement execution. ● Registration of legal documents (e.g., Lease agreements, sale deeds) at the relevant Sub-Registrar's office, and coordination with external parties. ● Assist with title checks and due diligence for property acquisitions or development, preparing necessary land documents and reports. ● Act as a liaison between internal teams, external legal counsel, clients, and government authorities to facilitate smooth processes related to property and legal matters ● Draft and respond to legal notices as required Education: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field is typically required. Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment, real estate sector (Mall/ Commercial Property), or a law firm specializing in property law. Skills: ● Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ● Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems. ● Strong understanding of contract, property, and commercial law. ● High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
