Vivriti presently manages assets in excess of US $ 1.2 billion, has offices in Chennai, Mumbai, and Bangalore, and consists of a high-powered team of 350+.About the team and role Your role will involve undertaking the legal structuring of transactions, relationships and providing timely advice and legal handholding for the internal stake holders. The team will also be responsible in managing the corporate legal support activities by delivering legal opinions / advice on the legal matters across the organizations departments and various organizational transactions. Key Responsibilities Due diligence from lenders perspective, review of key contracts and existing borrowing documents, tile search reports. Ability to conduct research over MCA portal for filing of charge/charge creation etc. Articulating legal risks and preparing summary diligence reports. Drafting and negotiation of debenture issue documentation/structured credit instruments with the Issuers. Security creation documentation and advice. Should keep abreast with the latest legal and regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements. Required Skills Be a qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of experience working in a law firm or with a legal department of asset management company, NBFC or Bank. Working knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds. Understanding of credit products, loans and debentures. Good research skills and skills in dealing with external advisors/service providers. Possess good oral, written communication, and interaction skills. Be ambitious and passionate and ability to work effectively under pressure.
