The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud services, NetApp ONTAP on AWS, backup and recovery systems, and infrastructure automation, along with proven leadership and operational support capabilities.This is a remote role aligned with the IST time zone, requiring immediate availability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with high availability, security, and scalability.Administer and support NetApp ONTAP on AWS, including performance optimization and operational stability.Implement, manage, and monitor backup and recovery solutions using AWS Native Backup and SnapCenter Backup.Provide operational support for enterprise backup and storage environments.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).Manage and integrate Active Directory services within cloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud, storage, and backup-related production issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud operations and service delivery.Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to documentation and best practices.Ensure compliance with security, backup, and operational policies.Mandatory Skill Set6+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on cloud and infrastructure operationsHands-on expertise in NetApp ONTAP on AWSStrong experience with AWS Native BackupExpertise in SnapCenter BackupStrong AWS Cloud core skills (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.)Experience with Enterprise Backup SoftwareActive Directory administration and integrationTerraform (IaC) for infrastructure automationStrong troubleshooting and automation skillsProven leadership capabilitiesSolid operational support experienceDesired ProfileSenior-level engineer with real-time production support exposureAbility to work independently in a remote setupImmediate joiner or bench resource preferredStrong communication skills and ownership mindset
