Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – ITSMLocation: Hyderabad, India Experience: 10+ years Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.).Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation.Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on ServiceNow.Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development.Proven experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).Deep understanding of ITIL framework and its implementation on ServiceNow.Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CTA.Experience with additional modules like HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM, SecOps is a plus.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools.What We OfferCompetitive salary & performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work on global-scale ServiceNow projects.Professional growth through certifications, trainings, and challenging assignments.Hybrid work flexibility (Hyderabad office base).
