This is a remote, flexible opportunity based in India, with competitive hourly pay.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Training & EvaluationCreate and answer technical questions about software engineering concepts, coding best practices, and debugging strategies.Review and evaluate AI-generated code in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, and C++.Analyse code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry-standard practices.Technical FeedbackProvide expert-level insights on version control workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative coding practices.Conduct reviews of AI-generated code outputs, identifying bugs, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Offer detailed technical feedback to ensure AI-generated solutions meet real-world software engineering requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field from a top 200 global academic institution.Proficiency in at least two or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or C++.Professional experience in building and maintaining production-grade software repositories.Strong knowledge of Git (or similar version control systems), including branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows.Hands-on experience in code reviews, debugging complex issues, and analyzing large codebases.Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate coding best practices clearly.Compensation & BenefitsFlexible schedule – work 5–10 hours/week, up to 40 hours if preferred.Remote work – based in India.Join a global community of coding experts contributing to advanced AI tools.Free access to the Model Playground to experiment with and engage with leading large language models.
