Oversee development efforts across system maintenance, feature enhancements, and infrastructure improvements. Act as the primary bridge between engineering, stakeholders, and leadership—translating business requirements into actionable technical plans. Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time delivery. Drive Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Monitor system reliability, test coverage, and deployment pipelines, ensuring adherence to CI/CD and cloud-native best practices. Support design discussions focused on distributed, event-driven architectures. Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular, clear reporting on project progress, resource allocation, and outcomes to leadership.✅Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager in cloud-based software development. Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS) and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Python-based development workflows (ability to engage technically is a plus). Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Skilled at translating technical concepts into business-friendly language. Experience managing infrastructure projects using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
