Location: India (Remote) Organization: Happy Place to Work® About the Role Happy Place to Work® is seeking an HR Coordinator to support and coordinate the CHRO 100 India – Most Admired CHROs initiative. This role is responsible for managing timelines, communication, and coordination across stakeholders involved in the program, including HR leaders, advisors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate day-to-day activities of the CHRO 100 India program - Support communication with HR leaders, consultants, and partners - Track timelines, milestones, and program deliverables - Assist with documentation, reporting, and content coordination - Act as the local coordination point for the India program Profile We’re Looking For - 5+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR operations - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Comfortable working with senior HR leaders - Clear written and verbal communication in English - Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup What We Offer - A paid coordination role within a global HR initiative - Direct involvement in a national-level HR leadership program - Collaboration with an international team focused on workplace happiness and wellbeing Additional Note Happy Place to Work® also runs independent, voluntary professional initiatives related to the CHRO 100 India program.
