Recruitment Specialist / Account Manager | 2-5 years | PuneWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist/ Account Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment delivery while handling client relationships. The role requires strong hiring expertise along with the ability to manage accounts, meet hiring timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accountsSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingScreen profiles and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate interviews with clients and hiring managersMaintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ATS updatesEnsure quality closures within defined TATAccount & Client ManagementAct as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts.Understand client requirements, hiring plans, and priorities.Share regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and market insights.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field2–5 years of experience in recruitment with account/client management exposureStrong understanding of IT or Non-IT hiring (as per business requirement)Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
