Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across engineering, IT, and digital roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts in alignment with company policies.Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in ATS systems.Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role recruiting for IT, engineering, or technology positions.Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data, etc.).Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to evaluate technical resumes and explain roles clearly to candidates.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
