The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and compliance activities while creating a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support payroll processing and leave management.Handle performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Address employee queries and grievances promptly.Assist in training and development programs.Claims SettlementHandling Life Cycle of Employee - Hiring To FiringRequirementsBachelors / Master degree in Human Resources shall only apply25 years of experience in HR roles.
