Talent Advisor (US Hiring)Type: Contractual (6 Months)Experience Required: 8-12 YearsWork Timing: 2 PM -11 PM ISTJob Responsibilities:Source, screen & schedule interviews for candidates from the US for US IT & Non IT hiring.Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out to the passive and active job seekers in the US Market.Extensive experience in using Job Portals for US and should have rich experience with LinkedIn recruiter.Coordinate with the US hiring team and hiring managers to assess candidates & competencies and work with the US hiring team in extending job offers to selected candidates.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members and recruitment vendors to help identify and source qualified talents.Please Note: This is an initial 6-month contract job, which can be extended or converted into a full-time role based on performance.
