Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Expert to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives across diverse industries and geographies. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing skills, market intelligence, and people intuition to identify and onboard the best talent. This role demands speed, strategy, and precision—balancing client needs with exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Sourcing & Acquisition • Execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains—Healthcare, IT, Hospitality, Construction, Real Estate, and Corporate.• Source high-quality candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GulfTalent, etc.), networking, and referral strategies.• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral fit.• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles and new projects./2 Client & Stakeholder Management • Understand client requirements and define job specifications precisely.• Serve as the main point of contact for clients—providing status updates, candidate summaries, and hiring analytics.• Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, salary negotiations, and final onboarding.• Maintain strong rapport and trust with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.3 Recruitment Strategy & Branding • Stay ahead of recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.• Build employer branding initiatives for client companies.• Contribute to digital recruitment campaigns, social media hiring drives, and database management.• Ensure adherence to ethical recruitment practices and zero-compromise on compliance.4 International & Bulk Hiring• Coordinate documentation and visa formalities for overseas placements.• Collaborate with overseas clients, HR teams, and travel partners to ensure smooth mobilization.• Manage high-volume hiring drives with accuracy and speed.Required Skills & Competencies • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (minimum 3–6 years; international experience preferred).• Strong sourcing and headhunting expertise across platforms.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Deep understanding of industry verticals and market dynamics.• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.• Tech-savvy—familiarity with ATS systems, CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools.• Ethical, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.• Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).• Prior experience in recruitment agencies or overseas placement consultancies will be an advantage.Why Join Us• Opportunity to work with leading global clients.• High-growth, performance-driven environment.• Attractive incentives, learning exposure, and leadership opportunities.• Be part of a visionary recruitment agency redefining the way talent meets opportunity.
