Recruitment Strategist

Job Title   We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. This is a critical role providing recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned divisions/departments of the firm.   Key Responsibilities:   Source, interview, and extend job offers to qualified candidates.   Build relationships with potential candidates using creative channels.   Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.   Develop processes to scale the recruitment team's efforts.   Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.   The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably from product org or high-growth tech environment.   Required Skills and Qualifications:   MBA / Post Graduate degree required.   Experience working with Sales teams and hiring for Sales roles.   Passion for technology and digital currency.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Research experience and ability to deliver against goals.   Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies.   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.   This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
