Moriss Media seeks an experienced talent manager to cultivate celebrity and influencer relationships, provide strategic support, and help them achieve their career objectives. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional passionate about the entertainment industry. Primary Responsibilities Talent Management: Collaborate with celebrities and influencers, providing administrative guidance to enhance their careers. Relationship Building: Establish connections with new talents, build relationships, and expand Moriss Media's network. Brand Partnerships: Research opportunities between celebrities/influencers and brands, managing campaigns from inception to completion. Profile Enhancement: Assist in upgrading and managing celebrities' public profiles to ensure a positive portrayal in media and on social platforms. Project Oversight: Handle accounts, projects, and clients in alignment with the functional goals of the talent and the organization. Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently. Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms. Adaptability and problem-solving skills for working in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in talent management is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation trends.
