This is a non-clinical, administrative role that plays a critical part in the patient experience through scheduling, communication, and accurate system management.You’ll work closely with internal teams and providers in a fully remote, async-first environment, where clear documentation, proactive communication, and ownership are essential.This role is ideal for someone with early experience in healthcare administration who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.Responsibilities:Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.Respond to patient inquiries via email and live calls.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Support intake, rescheduling, and administrative follow-ups as needed.Ensure all communications and documentation comply with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standardsMaintain organized internal documentation and notesAssist with internal reporting and data tracking to support operational visibility.Collect and verify necessary information (e.g., insurance, pre-visit assessments) ahead of upcoming appointmentsQualifications:1–2 years of experience in a patient-facing roleStrong written and verbal English communication skillsSolid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentialityComfortable working with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently in a remote, async-first environmentExposure to behavioral health or mental health settings strongly preferredHands-on experience with:Appointment schedulingUS Insurance CompaniesPatient communication (email and phone)Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsCompensation:600-800 USD per month
