If you thrive in a results-oriented environment where your success directly translates to unlimited financial reward, this role offers the entrepreneurial flexibility and market exposure you're seeking.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete hiring lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining supportActively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, industry databases, university networks, and direct outreachBuild and nurture talent pipelines for recurring roles and emerging requirementsStay current with healthcare staffing market trends, regulatory changes (FMLA, state-specific labor laws, CMS requirements), compensation benchmarks, and emerging healthcare talent needs.Evaluate technical healthcare background, certifications, licensure, and soft skills to ensure optimal placements. Coordinate interviews and communicate outcomes with professionalism and timelinessLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter Professional for targeted sourcing, research, and InMail outreachProactive in developing healthcare industry knowledge and staying current with recruitment trends and tools.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or related field is mandatory.Master's degree in Human Resources / HR Management — preferredDeep understanding of US employment law including FMLA, ADA, state-specific labor regulations, healthcare compliance requirements, and equal employment opportunity principles.Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in healthcare domain. Technical & Tool CompetencyProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional (sourcing, research, InMail, Analytics)Hands-on experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Comfortable learning and adapting to new recruitment platforms and toolsMust HaveAbility to ask insightful, behaviour-based questions that reveal candidate potential, motivation, and fit.Solid grasp of US healthcare labour laws, compliance requirements, and staffing regulations.
