The role involves managing and performing complex cancer surgeries and providing holistic patient care in coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Perform major and minimally invasive oncological surgeries. Develop individualized surgical treatment plans for cancer patients. Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and counseling. Collaborate with oncologists and other specialists for comprehensive care. Maintain accurate medical records and patient follow-up. Train and mentor junior doctors and healthcare staff. Qualifications: MS in General Surgery with Fellowship/Qualification in Surgical Oncology. Minimum 2 years’ experience in major cancer surgeries. Strong knowledge of cancer staging, protocols, and surgical techniques. Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
