Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits. Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance providers Follow up on unpaid claims via phone calls and resolve denied or rejected claims. Post payments from insurance portals and scanned documents. Collaborate virtually with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations✅ Ideal Candidate: Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS). Experience in US medical billing preferred (but not mandatory) Experience with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
