Project In-Charge/ GM Mining

Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.Key Responsibilities:Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountabilityLead cross-functional teams (Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, HR, Safety, Stores, Accounts)Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achievedEnsure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirementsOversee HEMM availability, maintenance coordination and manpower deploymentReview MIS, budgets, performance and project costsCoordinate with corporate office and local authoritiesQualifications & Experience:Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical or related disciplineFirst Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred8+ years of experience in heading mining projects or large site operations15–25 years of total experience in mining
