ICI Construction Project Specialist

Job Overview This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model. The Project Coordinator will manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, developing project work plans and schedules, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, and quality requirements. Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues. Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software. Handle project administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages. Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects. Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers. Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims. Maintain strict budget control throughout the project lifecycle. Represent the company at project meetings and build strong relationships through proactive communication.
