We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for aDGM / GM / Cluster Head - Projectsrole with our renowned real estate clients in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeingluxury residential projects.About the Role The ideal candidate should be only fromMumbaiand have a proven track record in deliveringhigh-end projectswith exceptional finishing standards.Responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute luxury residential projects, ensuring timely delivery with uncompromising quality. Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control. Ensure premium finishing standards are maintained in line with the company’s reputation and client expectations. Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to resolve on-site challenges effectively. Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial control without compromising on quality. Lead and mentor site engineering teams, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple projects. Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for construction.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. At least 15 years plus experience in project execution and management, with at least 2 years of experience as a Cluster Head managing multiple projects. Proven expertise in managing luxury residential projects with strong emphasis on finishing quality. Prior experience with top real estate developers known for high-end finishing will be highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
