Assistant Maintenance Manager

Oversee and manage all plant maintenance activities to ensure seamless production operations. 2. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability. 3. Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies. 4. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. 5. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. 6. Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to optimize overall plant efficiency and cost control. 7. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic performance reports.Qualifications & Skills1. Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Experience: 10–15 years of proven experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred). 3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams. 4. In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, modern technologies, and equipment reliability methodologies. 5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 6. Proficiency in maintenance-related software and MS Office tools will be an added 7. advantage.
