Job Title:Packaging Engineer Trainer Location:Remote Employment type:Part-timeJob Summary: We are seeking an experiencedPackaging Engineer Trainerto deliver technical and compliance-focused training programs. The trainer will be responsible for equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills required inpackaging design, compliance, validation, and testingacross regulated industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training modules onpackaging design principlesandmaterial selectiontailored to product safety and industry needs. Train participants onISO 11607 standards , regulatory expectations, and best practices in packaging compliance. Provide hands-on guidance onpackaging validation ,stability testing , and lifecycle documentation. Conduct sessions onCAD-based packaging designand optimization of packaging configurations. Educate ontransportation and distribution testing(ISTA, ASTM standards) to ensure product integrity. Train onlabeling compliance, serialization, and traceabilityrequirements across global markets. Guide on integration of packaging withquality systemsandregulatory compliance(FDA, EMA, MDR). Develop case studies and practical workshops to simulate real-world packaging engineering challenges. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong expertise inpackaging design and material science . In-depth knowledge ofISO 11607and global regulatory compliance standards. Hands-on experience inpackaging validation, stability testing, and transport/distribution testing . Proficiency inCAD toolsfor packaging design and development. Understanding ofserialization, labeling regulations, and traceability systems . Familiarity withcGMP, FDA, EMA, MDR, and ICH guidelines . Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills. Preferred Background: 8+ years of experience as aPackaging Engineerin pharma, biotech, medical devices, or related multi-industries. Priortraining or mentoring experiencein technical and regulatory areas. Strong industry network and awareness ofemerging packaging technologies .
