The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events from start to finish, coordinating with outlets, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, budgeting, liaising with vendors, supporting event logistics, and ensuring events align with brand goals. The role also includes responsibilities related to promoting and building community around the brand.QualificationsEvent Planning and Event Management skills to organize end-to-end event effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with outlets and vendors professionallyCommunity building and engagementSales skills to promote services and drive customer interestAbility to manage time efficiently and handle multitasking in a dynamic environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing needs and a proactive approach to problem-solvingBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not mandatoryFamiliarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage
