Reservations Agent

We are seeking ahighly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and a clear understanding of US accentto join our team and support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiringoutstanding communication and customer service skillsto ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient reservation management. If you are a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effortlessly with US-based guests, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies. Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes withempathy, active listening, and professionalism . Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences. Identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.Key Competencies Fluent spoken English (mandatory). Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving.Qualifications Skills Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Voice clarity, fluency, and confidence in handling US customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Abilities Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals handling US clients strongly preferred. Prior experience in reservations or sales is a bonus. Additional Details Work Location:Remote (India) Shift:Night shift (aligned with US timings) Salary:₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per year based on experience Education:we value skills, experience, and voice quality over degrees.
