Job Title: AI / LLM Engineer (Azure OpenAI & Databricks)Experience: 5+ YrsDomain Preference: Manufacturing IndustryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AI / LLM Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Chatbots, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should have delivered 3–4 end-to-end AI project implementations, particularly in enterprise or manufacturing environments.This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, including intelligent bots and LLM-powered applications, with a strong focus on real-world business use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end AI/LLM-based solutions using Azure ecosystemDevelop and deploy applications using Azure OpenAI ServicesBuild and optimize AI Chatbots / Conversational AI systemsWork on LLM model setup, fine-tuning, and prompt engineeringDesign and implement memory layers (RAG, vector databases, embeddings, context handling)Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows using DatabricksIntegrate AI models with enterprise systems and APIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing use casesEnsure model performance, scalability, and reliabilityImplement best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AIRequired SkillsStrong experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI ServicesHands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, open-source models, etc.)Experience in building AI Bots / Conversational AI solutionsExpertise in Databricks (data pipelines, notebooks, ML workflows)Knowledge of RAG architecture, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)Experience in model deployment and API integrationProficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworksUnderstanding of memory layer design and context management in LLMsExperience working on end-to-end project deliveryPreferred QualificationsExperience in Manufacturing domain (predictive maintenance, supply chain, automation, etc.)Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle managementKnowledge of cloud architecture and scalable systemsFamiliarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, big data processing)Key RequirementsMinimum 3–4 full-cycle AI/LLM project implementationsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently and in a team environmentGood communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
