FiduraAI is redefining how firms manage their commodity exposures in the AI age. We’re building a state of the art platform at the intersection of AI, technology, & finance.Join our founding team from IITs, HBS, Goldman, Quadeye, and high growth AI startups, to build scalable, low-latency systems from scratch and shape the future of global commodity trade.ResponsibilitiesBuild and own core systems end-to-end - design, implement, deploy, and scale high-performance, concurrent, and fault-tolerant microservices.Work across the stack: backend, frontend, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with full DevOps ownership.Translate product and risk-modeling requirements into robust, production-ready software.Ensure performance, observability, and reliability through strong engineering practices.Establish engineering standards and mentor future hires as we grow.Requirements4+ years of experience building high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.Hands-on proficiency in Java or Golang.Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, messaging, and async design.Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.Prior exposure to B2B tech or high-growth startup environments.Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines & agentic systems will be a plus.High agency: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.Desire to build first, lead next - hands-on now, growing into technical leadership.What you'll getOwnership from day one - build foundational systems for a frontier AI x Finance platform.High growth track in a high impact role that shapes into engineering leadership as we scale.Direct collaboration with a world-class team & marquee customers across geographiesSignificant equity and long-term upside.If you’re interested please apply & fill up this google form:
