Civil Engineering and Architecture Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment specialist to source, screen, and shortlist candidates in the civil engineering and architecture domain. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Sourcing top talent using job boards and other channels. To excel in this role, you will require: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably in engineering/architecture roles. Strong sourcing skills with ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Preferred qualifications include experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes.
