Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mathematics Tutor. The Mathematics Tutor will provide online instruction to students in grades K-12, facilitating lessons in topics such as Algebra and other mathematics concepts. Responsibilities also include preparing learning materials, guiding students to understand complex topics, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Teachers will track student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with the team to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Mathematics, including Algebra and foundational math conceptsExperience in Online Tutoring and general Tutoring best practicesEffective Communication skills to explain mathematical concepts clearlyAbility to foster an engaging and student-focused online learning environmentBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferredPrior teaching or tutoring experience with K-12 students is an advantageTech-savvy with the ability to use online platforms for remote teachingPassion for education and supporting student growth
