Study Abroad Programmes Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in connecting potential learners with our study abroad programmes. The responsibilities of this role include engaging with assigned leads, qualifying their interest and eligibility, building rapport, and scheduling video counselling sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. BASIC QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: A minimum of 2 years of experience in edtech sales, preferably in study abroad. Graduation is required. Previous experience working a 6-day work week is preferred. Candidates who are currently individual contributors are encouraged to apply. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal communication skills in English are necessary. The ability to listen effectively and build trust with potential learners is crucial. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: A minimum of 300 minutes of talk time per day is expected. Scheduling and booking at least 5 video counselling sessions per day is required.
