Applications without registration will not be processed.Position: Mentor/Life Coach This full-time role involves guiding individuals in achieving their personal, academic, or professional goals, while designing and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.Salary: ₹8,000 for the first month, with increment from the second month onwards based on performance evaluation.Key Responsibilities Provide personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals.Design and create impactful slideshows and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.Facilitate presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client’s challenges and aspirations.Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.Maintain confidentiality, create a supportive coaching environment, and encourage client self-reflection.Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for impactful speaking and presentations.Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.Experience in creating training materials or multimedia presentations is a plus.Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; confidentiality and professionalism.Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in Psychology is considered a bonus for deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.Work Schedule and Compensation Work days: Monday to Saturday (Full-time).Additional incentives or increments may be considered for consistently high performance.Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about mentoring and helping others achieve their highest potential.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for content creation and session planning.Comfortable leading groups, speaking publicly, and adapting content for diverse audiences.Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training is beneficial, but not mandatory.
