The role involves delivering training programs, coaching sessions, and facilitating growth-focused workshops for professional services firms. The Professional Trainer and Coach will work with us to create tailored development plans, assess training needs, and monitor progress to ensure participants achieve their development goals. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with internal teams to develop new training materials and strategies. Rainmaker is a USA-based organization, serving firms globally. We are seeking team members who can work effectively with our internal team, while communicating and working effectively with clients and participants in the international cultures into which our company is expanding.Qualifications Experience in Training and Coaching professionals Strong Facilitation and Workshop Delivery skills Proficiency in creating Development Plans and Assessing Training Needs Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Fluent in both English and the Primary Language(s) of Local Region Comfortable with Remote Work and using Virtual Training Platforms Familiarity with Professional Services Firms, ideally in a growth-focused context University Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field Certification in Coaching or a related credential is a plus
