We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in HR operations or US staffing and possess strong communication skills in English. This is a remote opportunity requiring availability during US Night Shift (EST) hours.Key Responsibilities:Handle HR operations and employee coordination for US-based processesManage onboarding and documentation processesCoordinate with employees regarding timesheets, payroll, and compliance requirementsMaintain employee records and HR databasesRespond to employee queries in a professional and timely mannerAssist with immigration and work authorization documentation when requiredCoordinate with internal teams and management for HR-related activitiesEnsure timely follow-up and communication with employees and clientsRequirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, US staffing, or HR operationsFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishComfortable working in US Night Shifts (EST)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBasic knowledge of MS Office tools and email communicationPreferred Skills:Experience handling US employees or consultantsKnowledge of onboarding, payroll coordination, or immigration processes is a plus
