This role combines project leadership with hands-on data management and system support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving CRM migration initiatives, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless support across our CRM/ERP ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management (50%)Lead end-to-end execution of CRM migration projects and other company-wide initiatives. Develop, manage, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Smartsheet. Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. Drive accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Data Management & System Support (50%)Manage and maintain large datasets, including data cleaning, mapping, and migration. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Act as the primary support lead for CRM/ERP platforms, resolving system-related issues. Manage and respond to support tickets via Zoho Desk in a timely and efficient manner. Identify and implement improvements to workflows and system processes. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in project management and data operations within CRM/ERP environments. Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet (mandatory). Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms. Experience with ticketing/support tools like Zoho Desk. Strong data handling skills including data cleansing, mapping, and migration. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proactive approach. High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to take ownership and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in CRM migration projects. Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations. Exposure to automation tools and workflow optimization techniques.
