Job Title: Workday Benefits Consultant (Remote) Part Time and Full TimeApplications are accepted from India and USAWe are looking for a skilled Workday Benefits Consultant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage Workday Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability)Support EOI (Evidence of Insurability) and Self-Billing processesDevelop and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)Troubleshoot issues related to benefits, payroll deductions, and integrationsBuild reports and dashboards using Workday reporting toolsSupport open enrollment and annual benefits changesRequirements:Strong experience in Workday Benefits configurationExperience with EIB, Core Connectors, or Workday StudioKnowledge of EOI and Self-Billing processes preferredGood understanding of reporting and calculated fieldsStrong problem-solving and communication skills
