Demand Sutra helps IT and SaaS companies in India fill their pipelines with qualified meetings. We handle outbound research, outreach, calls & follow-ups so their sales teams can focus on closing.You will be doing the work that makes this happen.We are looking for the first few people who want to learn how B2B sales actually works and be part of building something from the ground up.Location: RemoteCompensation: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month + Incentives This is a performance-driven role with strong upside for high performers.WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO:Research target accounts and build lists of decision-makers at IT, SaaS, and tech companiesRun personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phoneHave real conversations with founders, VPs, and sales headsQualify prospects and book discovery calls for our clientsTrack every touchpoint and keep CRM data cleanWork closely with the founder to sharpen messaging and improve conversionThis is not a script-reading role. You will be expected to think, adapt, and improve continuously.WHO THIS IS FOR:You might be a fresher or 1–2 years in. What matters more than experience is mindset.
