Job Title: Testing Lead (Reconciliation)Experience: 5+ YearsJob Type: Contract (12 Months)Location: India (Remote)Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Reconciliation Testing Specialist / Testing Lead with over 5 years of experience in test planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end reconciliation processes during UAT, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting integrations across financial systems.Required Skills & Expertise:Strong experience in reconciliation testing and financial systemsHands-on experience with Prime and FlexcubeSolid understanding of General Ledger (GL) processesKnowledge of card issuing lifecycle and transaction flow (authorization to settlement)Expertise in end-to-end and UAT testingStrong defect management and tracking experienceGood analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to quickly adapt to new environments and domainsRoles & Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive UAT testing for end-to-end reconciliation processes across systems (Prime, Flexcube, and other financial platforms)Perform General Ledger (GL) validation and ensure data consistency between applicationsDesign, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test casesIdentify, analyze, and track defects through to closureValidate unmatched and exception transactions, including investigation and reconciliationPerform manual reconciliation where required and validate system-generated reportsCollaborate with Business, Operations, Development, and other stakeholders to coordinate testing activitiesProvide regular updates on test progress, including risks, issues, and resolutionsEnsure coverage of functional, regression, and end-to-end testing scenariosValidate payment gateway integrations and transaction workflowsWork effectively both independently and within team environmentsInterested candidates please share your cv to
