Technical Expertise:Configure, test, and document product/solution configuration aligning with customers' functional and business requirements.Maintain and document product/solution configurations and scripts, ensuring versioning and control of product updates.Reverse engineer healthcare IT interfaces, capturing requirements, and authoring message or interface specifications independently.Conduct data extraction, conversion, and manipulation to facilitate seamless integration.2. Delivery:Implement and configure product/solution based on project requirements.Provide valuable consulting feedback on architecture or solution design, following industry standards.Interact professionally with customers, representing Converge Health positively and fostering strong relationships.Maintain effective communication with customers and designated vendor representatives throughout the project.Behavioral and Technical Capabilities:Achiever: Translate strategies into results, making high-quality decisions and taking accountability for finding solutions and delivering results.Communicator: Establish and maintain positive relationships through accurate, timely, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.Team Player: Demonstrate reliability, constructive communication, and active listening, actively contributing to the team's success.Experience:Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience with real-world implementation and/or development projects.Previous experience in implementing healthcare data integration software and/or ETL technology, preferably in hospital, health, or vendor environments. Mirth Connect experience required.Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical workflow processes, and familiarity with messaging standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM).Proficiency in system integration, including web-based user interface integration (HTTP(S)) and messaging integration (e.g., XML, HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP).Experience with development of custom connectors in healthcare integration engines an advantage.Experience with RDBMS databases, particularly SQL, and confidence in interacting with Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, & Oracle platforms (preferred).Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux, server operating systems, multi-tier web-based architectures, and browser-based diagnostic tools is a plus.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree (preferred).Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Social Security, Public Health Insurance, and Pension Fund.Generous vacation and paid time off.Continuous learning opportunities, including certifications, workshops and conferences.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Remote work (WFH).Join our dynamic team and contribute your technical expertise to drive our customers' success.
