Senior Project Manager

Leads complex, high-impact projects from initiation to delivery. Drives cross-functional teams, manages timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and manage stakeholder expectations.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and maintain project documentation.Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and efficient workflows.Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of project management experience with proven track record.Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.Experience managing multi-location or global projects.Ability to drive large-scale organizational change initiatives.
